I bring the produce, the prep and the plates. You pour the wine and sit down with your guests. From intimate dinners for two to celebrations of a dozen or more, every menu is written for you — around the season and what your guests love.

The Supper

A relaxed four-course seasonal menu — a beautiful dinner without the formality. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and long overdue get-togethers.

The Tasting Menu

Seven courses at full restaurant standard, from £95 per head — snacks, bread course and petits fours included. The full restaurant experience at your own table.

The Occasion

Bespoke events, wine dinners and larger parties. With banqueting experience at Rosette standard, numbers aren’t a problem — let’s talk about your plans.

Every booking includes a menu consultation, all shopping and prep, service, and a spotless kitchen when I leave. Dietary requirements and full vegetarian menus are always catered for properly — never an afterthought.

Date, numbers, likes, dislikes and dietaries. I’ll come back with a seasonal menu written for your table and a clear per-head price.

Sourcing from trusted Suffolk suppliers, all the prep, cooking in your kitchen on the night, and plating course by course.

You host, I vanish

Your kitchen goes back exactly as I found it — cleaner, usually. You get the credit; I’ll never tell.

Third course · Cookery lessons

One-to-one masterclasses

Private sessions built around what you want to cook — no crowded demo room, no one-pace-fits-all. You work alongside me, hands on, and leave with the recipes, the technique, and the confidence to do it again at home.

The signature session is the Dessert Masterclass — plated restaurant desserts from £195 per session, including a lighter, fruit-led summer version. Savoury sessions, knife skills, pastry foundations and Thermomix-focused lessons are all available too.

Fourth course · Gift vouchers

The present for the person who has everything

A masterclass or a private dinner makes a genuinely memorable gift — for the keen home cook, the couple who love food, or the person who is impossible to buy for. Vouchers are available for any session or dining experience, valid for twelve months, and I’ll help the lucky recipient pick the perfect date and menu.
