Food is more meaningful when it’s shared — with guests, partners and community.

Meet the Producers & The Garden Behind the Plates

Great food starts long before it reaches a kitchen.

Our menus are shaped by the people and places that grow, rear and harvest the ingredients we use, alongside the garden that sits just outside our door.

The Kitchen Garden

Seasonal herbs, heritage vegetables, orchard fruits, edible flowers and quiet surprises — the garden is both pantry and muse. It influences tasting menus, inspires specials and reminds us to respect what we grow.

Our Producers

We work closely with passionate farmers, fishermen, foragers and artisans who share our values:

• Suffolk estates and gamekeepers
• East coast fishers and shellfish boats
• Small-scale regenerative growers
• Butchers and heritage livestock farms
• Craft makers, brewers and distillers

These aren’t suppliers — they’re collaborators. Their stories travel onto the plate.

A Living Ecosystem of Hospitality

Ingredient conversations shape dishes. Soil health shapes flavour. Trust shapes consistency.
Together we celebrate provenance, seasonality and the belief that hospitality begins with those who grow for it.

Every dish comes from somewhere — we make sure that somewhere is respected, celebrated and shared.
