My journey began in the North west of England in a City called Stoke on Trent, where I discovered my love for blending flavours and experimenting with unique ingredients.

Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in a classic cuisine and worked in some fantastic hotels and restaurants in England. I believe in crafting dishes that tell a story, using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients to bring out the best in every meal.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I love spending time with my amazing family exploring farmers’ markets, traveling for culinary inspiration, or simply talking to people about cooking. My goal is to share my passion for food with every plate I serve and make every bite a celebration of flavours.

During my time as Head Chef at The Bull Auberge, I have the privilege of leading a talented kitchen team in creating exceptional fine dining experiences. With a focus on quality, creativity, and precision, we earned and upheld the prestigious accolade of 2 AA Rosettes, a testament to our dedication to culinary excellence.

One of the standout elements of my role is utilising the kitchen garden. Growing our own seasonal produce allowed me to craft menus that celebrated the freshest ingredients, highlighting the best of local and sustainable produce. This connection to the land not only inspired our dishes but also brought an authentic and unique touch to the dining experience. I take pride in blending classical techniques with modern flair, designing menus that showcased a fusion of English and world cuisine. Each dish is carefully thought out to deliver a harmonious balance of flavours and stunning presentation, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
