Live on Stage: Chef Lee Cooper Cooking Across East Anglia
This spring and summer, I’m taking the knives on the road.
I’ll be cooking live on stage at a run of brilliant food and agricultural shows across East Anglia — proper produce, proper crowds, and a bit of theatre along the way.
These demos are about keeping food honest. Local ingredients. Clear flavours. Technique without the nonsense. The sort of cooking that starts conversations and ends with people asking where the hell they can eat it again.
If you’re heading to any of the shows below, come and say hello, ask questions, or just nick a few ideas for your own kitchen.
